อินดิเปนเดียนเต ริวาดาเบีย vs ฟลูมิเนนเซ

Independiente Rivadavia came agonizingly close to extending their flawless Copa Libertadores campaign, only for John Kennedy to steal a point for Fluminense with a stoppage-time equalizer at Malvinas Argentinas in Mendoza. It was the kind of last-second drama that Group C had been crying out for. Alex Arce had looked to be the match-winner, drilling home in the 66th minute to put the hosts in front. The contest was a feisty affair, with yellow cards flying for T. Bottari, Hércules, Luis Acosta, Nonato, J. Florentín, and Guga across both halves. But in the 90+1st minute, Kennedy had the final say. Independiente Rivadavia drop their first points but remain top of Group C. For Fluminense, who arrived rooted to the bottom with just one point from three games, this draw is a lifeline, small, but real.
