Portugal
Portugal's national football team, governed by the Federação Portuguesa de Futebol and founded in 1921, is one of Europe's premier sides. Their greatest triumph came at Euro 2016, when they defeated France in the final on home soil in Paris, becoming European Champions for the first time.
