The New Caledonia national football team, known as Les Cagous, represents the French special collectivity in international competitions governed by the OFC (Oceania Football Confederation). Though not a FIFA member, New Caledonia has been one of the strongest sides in Oceania, winning the OFC Nations Cup multiple times, including victories in 2008 and 2012.
