آ‌اس رم مقابل رئال مادرید

Real Madrid won 4-3 at the Stadio Olimpico after trailing Roma 3-1 with seven minutes left. All three of their late goals came from corners or rebounds. Marten de Roon put the hosts ahead in the 20th minute, and Kylian Mbappé levelled in the 25th after a Mario Hermoso clearance went wrong. Donyell Malen scored twice after the break, in the 50th minute and again a few minutes later, and the second was allowed after a VAR check. Roma looked to be in control. Then Carlos Espí tapped in a rebound in the 83rd minute once VAR confirmed he was onside. Endrick headed in from a corner two minutes later. In the 90th minute Antonio Rüdiger finished from Arda Güler's cross inside the six-yard box. Mbappé also had a goal ruled out for offside earlier in the second half. The defeat is a painful one for Roma at home on matchday two of the league phase. José Mourinho's Madrid left Rome with all three points, and with a win that had looked out of reach until the 83rd minute.
