마리티모 vs 카자 피아 AC
경기 리포트: 마리티모 1-0 카자 피아 AC
Maritimo made a triumphant return to the Primeira Liga, beating Casa Pia 1-0 at a lively Caldeirão dos Barreiros in Funchal. The breakthrough didn't arrive until midway through the second half, but it was worth the wait for the home crowd.
Raphael Guzzo got the only goal in the 61st minute, heading in a cross from Martín Tejón that clipped the post on its way past the Casa Pia goalkeeper. Henrique Araújo had threatened for the visitors earlier on, but they couldn't find an equalizer. Four late yellow cards were shown, though the game stayed free of red cards or penalties.
It's the perfect start for Maritimo, back in the top flight after three years in the Segunda Liga and cheered on by around 7,000 fans. Casa Pia, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, will be frustrated not to have taken at least a point from their chances.
