Belarus host Albania in Minsk on 15 November with both sides still chasing Finland in League C Group 1. On the latest table I could find, from early October, Albania had six points from their opening games and Belarus four, so the hosts need a result to close that gap. Belarus have since beaten San Marino 4-0, with Artem Kontsevoy scoring twice, after a goalless draw with Finland. Max Ebong and Artem Shumanskiy were on the scoresheet in that win too. The history favours the visitors.
