فاینورد مقابل آ‌زد آلکمار

Feyenoord delivered a statement win at De Kuip, beating league-leaders AZ Alkmaar 2-0 to end the visitors' unbeaten start to the season. The hosts set the tone early, pouncing on a defensive mistake to take the lead inside the first quarter-hour. Nacho Ferri opened the scoring in the 13th minute after pouncing on a loose clearance from Wouter Goes. AZ thought they'd equalize before the break when Mexx Meerdink won a penalty, but the referee reversed his decision on VAR review, keeping the scoreline at 1-0. Javi López sealed it just after the hour, finishing off a corner delivered by Charles Vanhoutte. Yellow cards went to Lewis Schouten, Ro-Zangelo Daal, Oussama Targhalline and Wouter Goes. The result flips the table: Feyenoord moves top of the Eredivisie, while AZ suffers its first loss of the campaign and slips to second, with the title race now wide open.
