Montenegro vs Slovenia

Slovenia produced a brilliant second-half comeback to beat Montenegro 3-2 in a five-goal friendly thriller in Podgorica. Žan Vipotnik was the star of the show, netting twice as the visitors turned a half-time deficit on its head. Milutin Osmajić opened the scoring on 20 minutes for the hosts before Vipotnik equalised midway through the first half (41'). Montenegro looked to have seized control when Osmajić struck again just before the break (44'), finishing a wonderful team move started by Janković, who danced past three defenders to tee him up. Slovenia roared back after the restart. Danijel Šturm levelled with a sharp reaction finish on 47 minutes, and Vipotnik completed his brace eight minutes later, tapping in unmarked from a pinpoint cross to seal the turnaround. A confidence-boosting result for Slovenia heading into the summer, while Montenegro will be kicking themselves after letting a lead slip in a game they had under control.
