Kamprapport: Tokyo 3-0 Urawa Reds

FC Tokyo put together their most complete performance in weeks, breaking down a stubborn Urawa Reds side with three unanswered goals in the second half at Ajinomoto Stadium. Scoreless at the break despite territorial control, the hosts waited until after the hour mark to turn pressure into goals, then cut Urawa open three times in the space of just over 20 minutes.

Nagakura Motoki broke the deadlock in the 63rd minute, before Anzai Soma doubled the lead six minutes later. Sato Kein added a third in the 85th to put the result beyond doubt. Urawa's Marcelo Ryan picked up a yellow card early on, and the visitors shuffled their attack late with substitutes Komori Hiiro and Hidano Renji, but never found a way past Tokyo's defense.

It's a statement win for FC Tokyo, who showed patience before putting the game away in emphatic fashion. For Urawa, it's a frustrating afternoon on the road, failing to register a response and leaving with plenty to address defensively and in attack.
