미엘뷔 vs 인테르 클루브 데스칼데스

Mjällby opened their Conference League league phase with a 2-0 win over Inter Escaldes at Olympia in Helsingborg, where they play their European home games because Strandvallen does not meet UEFA's requirements. It was the Swedish club's first win in a European main competition. Nothing separated the sides before the break. Alexis Sánchez put a chance just wide for the Andorran side around the half hour, and Jacob Bergström was denied on the line in the 35th minute. The breakthrough came in the 54th minute. Jeppe Kjær shot, goalkeeper Javi Díaz failed to hold it and Bergström followed up from close range. Eleven minutes later Axel Norén headed in a cross from Abdullah Iqbal to make it 2-0. Alexander Lundin kept a clean sheet at the other end. The three points and the prize money will help a side that won the Swedish title last year but sit 12th in Allsvenskan, four points off a European place with seven games left. For Inter Escaldes, it is zero points from the opener, with Craiova at home on 22 October.
