Fleetwood have lost their last two league games, 4-2 at Cheltenham and 2-1 against Exeter. C Evans has three goals in three cup games for the hosts, and defender Rhys Bennett is back from suspension.
Arsenal are reported to be without Bukayo Saka, and some rotation looks likely with Liverpool away on 1 November. The two clubs have never met.
