یوکوهاما مقابل اوراوا ردز

Urawa Reds made light work of a trip to second-division Yokohama FC, winning 4-0 at Nippatsu Mitsuzawa Stadium to reach the fourth round of the Nabisco Cup (the Levain Cup in Japan). The game was largely settled before the break, with three goals already on the board. Hidano opened the scoring in the 7th minute, finishing with his left foot after a quick exchange with Sasa. Six minutes later Sasa got his own goal, hitting a right-footed shot after Hidano won the ball in the box and the goalkeeper Ichikawa could only parry. Komori made it 3-0 in the 36th minute, running onto a through ball after Ichikawa misplaced a pass straight to Jumpei Hayakawa. Yokohama FC had chances after the interval, and so did the visitors, but the scoreline held until stoppage time. Naganuma, a defender, then added the fourth around the 90th minute. The result is a welcome one for Urawa Reds, who were 11th in J1 and had lost 0-3 at FC Tokyo four days earlier. Yokohama FC are out of the cup.
