Οσναμπρίκ vs Μπάγερν Μονάχου

VfL Osnabrück gave Bayern Munich a real fright in the DFB-Pokal first round, storming ahead early before the Bundesliga giants clawed their way back for a 4-1 win. The standout moment came inside the first five minutes, when Robin Meißner rifled in a stunning long-range strike to send the home crowd into raptures. Bayern needed only a little longer to respond. Harry Kane leveled things in the 18th minute, and Tom Bischof completed the turnaround just six minutes later with a close-range finish after a defensive mix-up. The second half was more comfortable for the visitors, with Michael Olise chipping home in the 73rd minute to make it 3-1. Kane then wrapped up his brace from the penalty spot in the 86th minute after being fouled, with no cards of note beyond a late yellow shown to Jannik Müller. For Bayern Munich, it was a workmanlike if occasionally shaky night that still delivers passage into round two as they chase another cup title. VfL Osnabrück, despite the scoreline, can take real pride in their fearless start and the way they tested a heavyweight opponent before their cup run came to an end.
